This is the main reason I think. There are probably plenty of Muslim cab drivers who either have 2 to 4 wives already or just aren't horny enough to take the risk but getting invited to a rape gang for them is like getting invited to a bowling league or something. They don't see white people as human so it's not a big enough deal to bother reporting.
Of course there are rapists in every race but most have to work alone because trying to recruit an accomplice is most likely just going to get them beaten up or reported. It's almost as though Muslims have some sort of "culture" of rape. I'm sure there's a term for that.
