Anybody who is not white openly mock the members of their race who are the darkest. Asians will tease their darkies by calling them black. Hell most Asian countries have skin whitening cream and the women will walk under umbrellas on sunny days so they don't get dark.

Even blacks make fun of how dark some of them are (you leave finger prints on charcoal, you get called absent at night school etc).
