I think he is just a foil. He will openly make all the claims that have been suppressed. He will then be painted as a lunatic by the media (already started). Anyone else who tries to open peoples eyes to what is really going on will will be dismissed as another lunatic making a debunked claim. Creating an Ad-Hominem logical fallacy is not new.
