Indians hate China since they have started multiple border skirmishes with them, the latest resulting in 25 dead Indian soldiers. Brazilians hate China for promoting corrupt practices in Brazil such as burning the forests and poaching animals.
This is probably based off polling the public, not government officials. Very few (if any) governments care what the general public thinks when it comes to foreign policy.
