What it ACTUALLY was: Pedo Jew issued an EO to direct DHS to ONLY deport illegals that were previously convicted of terrorism, and allow ALL OTHER illegals, regardless of criminal record, to remain in the US.
SCOTUS upheld a lower court's ruling that halted this EO.
