Some guy who spent 10 or 20 years in Africa dealing with Africans in his learning environment spoke about several things such as this like they literally could not form a concept of the future and therefore they would often make promises and things about what they would do and then not do them and it wasn't because they were lying it was because they literally didn't sort of understand the concept of the future or what a promise meant. They're just missing some structural features of the brain that allow them to form future concepts in their mind. Just like a lot of people can't think in 3D and like people with Jewish brains have no empathy. Black brains have no concept of the future. This is also one of the reasons they steal and other things is they have no concept of consequences of today's actions like future punishment. They're just incapable of knowing these things. Of course we're talking about the 100% genetic African populations and not the relatively mixed groups that we often have here in the United States
