A bar maid told me she had a guy run through her back door asking to hide from police. She shot him the leg a started screaming for police who ran in arrested him and thanked her. This was in San Diego.
During Obama regime they were trying to get DC residents to voluntarily turn in their Guns and went door to door. Few cooperated as DC is a high crime area. The usual suspects.
