Exactly. The Big Brothers program is full of black kids that need mentors, yet the vast majority of mentors are white. They just can’t get enough black men and women to be mentors for their own race. If this doesn’t tell you how little they care about their own community then nothing will. Don’t worry, what very few white kids are in the program will not have a black mentor. They don’t want one.
