How does a public school have the right to dismiss someone from a program for doing something that is legal? What law can they use to dismiss him from a sports team?

It's Commiefornia so I'm not surprised. If they had to skate around the law, the school likely used another reason as to why they got rid of him.

Because it's politically incorrect and he said things that people don't like. It's that simple. if you're White you have no rights, you're nothing but a persecuted minority that the system and their snitches can destroy with impunity.
