I would have thought that area of Ohio was more conservative but I guess the 'college' itself can be whatever the administration makes it.
Nah. Northeast Oh. and particulary Lorain and Cuyahoga co. are majority democrat/ liberal/ lefty. The rest of Oh. Is majority normal.
I guess I figured the liberalism was focused around Cleveland and Akron.
You’re not wrong. Cleveland/Akron/Canton corridor, Lorain /Elyria to the west of CLE. All staunch ‘D’ voters. Oberlin is a $50,000 per year school where the East Coast Caddilac liberal elite send their little darlings to be indoctrinated into the superior world of socialism,Marxism and the all -important diversity. Read up on the Gibson Bakery story and subsequent lawsuit. That’ll be all you need to know about Oberlin.
“This is a great example of why it’s important to vote," Singleton said. "Because of gerrymandering, we have a theocracy with a gun fetish.
“And there's nothing we can do about it right now. But hopefully, change is coming. Hopefully gerrymandering will come to an end in the state, at least.
Yikes.
Yeah. It's a shit-show in the NE corner of OH.
