So... Guy gets released a few months early from prison under rather bizarre circumstances for armed robbery. Not even a month after his early release, he commits his first ever documented murder of a woman in an alley. Would it be wrong for me to think secret strings were pulled to secure Mr. Hanley's early release and that the alleyway death of Ms. Perry may have been a deep state/cabal execution of a liability?
