About ten years ago, some muslim alleged that during a police check a policeman threw away a piece of paper where the muslim had written down verses from the quran. It didn't take long to have "migrants" rioting in the streets and burning down and looting stores. Noone was arrested, the government just let them go with it, and afterwards it was revealed that the "victim" was actually a raper and a robber and found a way around the police check.
