According to all new reports Jarish admits he pretended on Instagram to be the same age as these girls, roughly age 12-14, and told them they could make money if the took naked pictures and videos. Jarish says that the girls did all that willingly and said "it only seemed logical to him that if you post those kinds of pictures, you should automatically be available for sexual encounters."
According to his victims, it was not nearly as consensual as he claims. They state Jarish threatened and forced them to take pictures and videos, even broke into the Instagram accounts of some of them. He told the girls they would make "5 euro's for a naked picture, 15 for a video, and 300 euros for a sex-date" Then he said 70% percent of that money would be claimed by him and the girls would only get 30%. They never received any money. Reportedly he got paid around 3000 euros by selling the girls and their images. Some of the girls were actually going on "sex-dates" for which the accused was present to collect the money. It is reported he himself had sexual relations with at least one of his victims.
Jarishalso threatened one of the girls that he would publish all her nude pictures if she did not pay him 2500 euros, and he did in fact send her pictures to her school eventually. He also reportedly threatened to throw a brick though another girl's window.
He purposely picked girls who would fall prey to him easily. Reportedly at least one of the girls has low-intelligence, making her easy prey, another girl thought her parents had money problems and was convinced she needed to cooperate to help her parents out of financial difficulty.
It appears as though, upon his arrest, his computers were inspected on which the authorities found even more images and videos of pornographic nature were found containing minors even younger than the girls to whom the current court-case relates.
Jarish has previously been in trouble with the law for similar things. Almost immediately after his release following his sentence he committed a crime again, even while he was still receiving treatment from the corrections department. He had only been released for two weeks before he approached the first one of the girls involved in the current case.
