Bet most of them are Chinese. Makes sense though. Visas are incredibly hard to get, especially if you want one that will let you work or start your own business. And once you're there, you can apply for a PR. 100k for a study visa incl. tuition, or a million for an investor visa, easy choice. But every Western Government in the world is addicted to tuition fees from international "students", good luck getting that changed.
