What is a "V-Boxer"?

It's a V shaped engine, called Boxer.

No. The boxer is always a flat configuration. It's called a boxer because the two cylinder banks oppose each other like two boxers punching at each other opposed by 180 degrees. A V6 or V8 is so named because the two banks of cylinders are opposed at usually a 60 or 90 degree angle making a V shape.
