Any time I get into a discipline rut I fall back to the old standard of lists. Today, tomorrow, this week lists. Or prioritize by importance: High, medium, low.
The idea is to have your list, then process to completion. Gives you a feeling of accomplishment, even if you are only doing online stuff or emails etc and that positive reinforcement helps you keep it going.
Also, need a good calendar app like Rainlender and anytime something you need to do or remember comes up, put it on the calendar.
