I'm stumped for once myself on this one.

SR-71 Blackbird - Obviously it has a turbocharged jet engine or whatever. The two rings in the front are constantly taking in air in the air takes (something like this) (both sides) that help to power the turbocharged jet engine and/or turbojet engine. This is especially / very important for taking off on a short runway like an Aircraft Carriers top deck (obviously) due to the limited length.

I don't play GTA 5, but this footage worked really well.

Same thing on the F-22 Raptor except the air intake look different. I also don't play this game either.

What is the cutoff point exactly because from the first video that's a modded SR-71 in GTA 5.

Does anyone know the exact / specific law on this? Them being in so many video games (SR-71 is COD / Call of Duty to as well as an example) make this so complicated to say the least.
