Red Herring Fallacy is a very common in communities like this.
Ultimately all debate is built on the foundation of violence.

If I designed the graphic, I would have put the pyramid upside down with violence still at the bottom.
I'm fully aware what the intent of the graphic is.
But it accidentally reveals the truth, that your argument no matter how 'logical' only has power if it's backed up by violence.
If your opponent brains you with a rock it doesn't matter if you were winning the argument, you can't argue anymore.

That is also the case with these moderators and administrators, who posess the digital equivalent of that is lower in the pyramid.
Under their scrutiny, the logical truth is sadly powerless.
