Lol, since I can't bitch in Riot I'll just bitch here this morning. My "honey do" list that included getting and installing new tub faucet spring seals this morning has morphed into a joint venture involving "woman do crafts".
What "woman do crafts" means is my wife saw these cute pot stands on pinterest that come w/ directions on how to make them as opposed to buying some shit they sell at pottery barn for like a bajillion dollars. What this means is I get to buy suitable wood, cut said wood to appropriate angles, notch wood, assemble said wood w/ screws making sure to inset the screws so I can cover them w/ putty and sand them down.
At which time my wife will shoot it w/ the spraypaint color she picked out and tell her friends all year about how "we made them together" w/ some plans on pinterest...
There is nothing worse than a "honey do" list w/ a side of "woman do crafts"...

For our anniversary I gave my wife a sliding miter saw and a drill set just so I could be left alone
Man up. Tell her to hot glue her own crafts. The revolution won't win itself
Oh you don't know the half of it, she talked to my sister who then wants some and now my nephew's involved helping me... I'm on a brief lunch break, 2 plant stands down after fixing tub... 6 to go...
