I don't buy it, we didn't shut it down for Ground based Lasers.....thats not something that gets a full ground stop. This is a diversion to make you think it is tech you already know about. They weren't shining this at planes, and even if they had multiple laser incursions into the cockpit, they would not do a full ground stop.
