One would hope that these knuckle dragging mouth breathing apes they're about to enlist will get equivalent skill sets and actually be able to make something of themselves after they leave the Navy. It's probably almost a certainty that these people won't see anything technical but they'll probably mostly be in unless those are already farmed out to the third party probably in administration roles like mailroom, kitchen duty, office service kind of stuff.
