Whatever it is, the west is trying to get India away from Russian weaponry. Western weapons are being discredited thoroughly in this war with Russia. Russia has been demonstrating it's hyper sonic, anti missile system, artillery, radar, drone, etc etc tech. All of it works. The west can't get the Ukrainians to win anything even with the latest mic garbage. Shit doesn't work in mud conditions.
