32 destroyers down to 3...I am not sure how effective that force is compared to what it could have been with 32 destroyers. The LRLAP guns are unusable according to wiki and that is what the ship is designed around. Think if the main gun on the A-10 warthog did not work...you would be telling yourself we need to make a better airplane. Similar line of thinking with the Zumwalt. Take what you learned from the Zumwalt and start over.
