Stealth ships can be harder to lock onto and see by surface radar. Which is great for the semen on board. However, those tasked with designing building weapons will just look for other ways of getting a signature from it. Most likely from the air as the decks are still flat and the ship will still produce a wake.
It isn't like the F-117 prototype where it would show up on the radar test range as a bird or insect.
