fuckin'a right they did. just 20 years ago, so long as you kept your politics out of business, you'd be alright. if you were outspoken it was gonna be hell for you from a counselling to article 15 to whatever, but it isn't the same now, not by a long shot - and it has difficult for recruiters to hit their numbers then. careful what you ask for, you just might get it.
