Like the Ukrainians can effectively field and utilize the HIMARS. Let's be real here. They're finding a stupid "dumb" target, like a Russian volunteer battalion command post, and blowing it up, allowing S400's and even S300's trace their position, to which the Russians just counterfire and destroy the HIMARS.
