I don't know what the protocols are for securing a 65 million dollar aircraft to the deck of an aircraft carrier are but I would imagine that they include that aircraft be secure during a moderate or even heavy storm. Maybe one of the deckhands had to go dialate his boypussi and didn't secure the aircraft? You be the judge, it's your tax dollars at work.
