Is that even possible? The plane weighs a ton of weight, and it still has rubber tires. Even a standard car driving through the windy storms of wyoming takes a LOT of wind to blow over, so i would find it really difficult to imagine a plane weighing 10 times more than a car to just blow over on a ship. Was no one paying attention?

I don't know what the protocols are for securing a 65 million dollar aircraft to the deck of an aircraft carrier are but I would imagine that they include that aircraft be secure during a moderate or even heavy storm.

Also wings are practically designed to be affected by wind. Your common cessna is only rated to fly in winds up to 15mph or so.
Go find a flight instructor and request a discovery flight on a slightly more windy day. You might be very surprised at how much the wind tosses you around.
