The US Navy has been a joke every since it started to run into other ships. Remember that? A very strange spate of collisions at sea between US warships and other vessels. We never heard what caused that. My theory, it was a trial run by the Russians of some kind of software manipulation of US navigation computers, which allowed the Russians to deliberate cause the collisions. Another thing we never got a final word about was the attacks on members of the American Embassy in Cuba by some kind of radiation or beam weapon. Remember that one. Staff was getting headaches, throwing up, getting dizzy, passing out. Not a word about it since it was in the news. Somebody at the Pentagon must have some idea of what was going on. Again, I believe it was an experiment by the Russians to test out this beam weapon under real-world conditions. Also could be the Chinese, but the Russians are more tech savvy, so my guess is the Russians.
