Kind of sounds like the programming and gaming industries. Almost every single game and software release is buggy as shit now and all of the big corps keep patting themselves on the back for their diversity numbers.

It used to be that they hired niggers for all the non critical work to meet the quota. Things still worked, albeit less efficiently. Now the niggers are in HR and they are running the companies into the ground.
