WTF kind of doublespeak is this ?
The penalties Austin outlined included a ban on participation in training and drills for unvaccinated state National Guard members and a withdrawal of federal funding for “payment of duties” to those who refuse the vaccine.
Additionally, Austin stated that “no credit or excused absence shall be afforded to members who do not participate [in] drills, training, or other duty due to failure to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”

What it means is:
- You can't attend drill because you didn't get the hoax shot.
- Because you can't attend drill, you get unexcused absences.
- When you have an unexcused absence, you have a "bad year" meaning, you didn't make your mandatory participation points towards retirement.
- It also means you lose your GI Bill benefits if you are attending any type of school. You have to maintain satisfactory participation drills to continue your monthly GI Bill stipend/tuition waivers and benefits.
- If you have too many unexcused absences, you get separated from service with a General Discharge, not Honorable.
What it means is:
