While the clearance papers were good for 30 days you got two weeks to PCS or ETS at least in the army.
You went to a workshop and stuff like 60-90 days out for a couple of days but I don’t believe these guys are going to get those workshops.
That's about the same. A class was given once the stubborn ones were identified.
Those workshops were designed for retards, I’d have rather been at work.
I remember the fat guy telling us how go get a job and filling out fake applications and he had zero motivation, like most of the civilians. I of course was in a specialized small unit and didn’t have anyone else ets’ing at the same time so I had to sit next to some mexican who didn’t even speak or understand English and he’d been in 4 years.
He was a mechanic from a infantry unit, who the fuck knows how he communicated. In my infantry battalion where I started out at a few years prior I never saw that. How do you know anything that’s going on at formations, work, deployments etc.
I had to fill his forms out for him, he knew his name and unit, so annoying.
Then the workshop on how to dress and act at an interview. Which colors go with your skin tone. Let’s role play an interview.
Then back to the fat guy after a few hours.
I should’ve went home after roll call like everyone else who’d ets’d before had done. He wouldn’t have cared and if he did he would’ve been scared and signed anyways on the last day of class.
