I understand that but they always pull the “you signed a contract” and “the contract nullified you’re constitutional rights” bs when they’re doing something clearly wrong.
I think the last guy that sued back in the early 2000’s for not willing to wear a UN troop beret. He lost and, court martialed and discharged.
His argument was his contract stated he was joined the us military not the UN army and nowhere did it state he was a UN troop or subject to being one.
The other idiots just fell in line.

Yet the law is clear that you can not contract out your rights. We are no longer a nation of laws and the gov't and it's minions won't be stopped by the courts. Sure, let them fire you if they demand a jab, don't quit, but also don't count on that getting you anything in a court of law unless things change dramatically in the next few years.
