Thanks for posting this. I've already forwarded it to my Airman that wants out if forced to take the stab. He came to his own conclusions too.
As for me, l'll still try to stay in if I can, but if I can get out with an honorable discharge, I'll be able to use my GI Bill to pay for education (apprenticeships included). With a General Discharge, I'll loose my GI Bill, but can still get a VA home loan.

I'd be taking the religious route to stay in. Not saying it's possible, but all my coworkers all know I'm the most religious orientated out of the group. My main challenge will be the fact that I'm LDS and the church has released several pro-vax statements.
Even if they accept my religious plea, they still might be able to separate me or deny my reenlistment due to deployability status.
Religious exemptions can be revoked upon "imminent risk of infection of an individual or unit from a communicable diseases for which there exists immunization."
You need to get Covid, get a serological test proving your antibodies, then get a medical exemption.

Don't worry about it there's a 99% chance you recovered from it.
My guess will be general discharge under honorable conditions.
Obvious not dishonorable or bad conduct. That’s for like felony shit.
