New requirements for the USAF PT Test 2030:

Rolling around in an office chair for 5 minutes and standing up from said chair 20 times.

The only way to modify an exercise and keep it being that exercise is by making it harder. These aren't push-ups if they're modified to be easier. They're something else.

This is seen with something like a pull-up. Overhand = pull-up where underhand = chin-up. This is why anyone laughs the fuck out crossfit faggots saying they can do pull-ups and then they kipping about like a faggot.

e: fuck me sideways...

And for the final portion of the test airmen would be allowed to choose between push-ups and raised-hand push-ups.

Raised-hand push-ups are harder, by an insanely small amount but ... wtf. Unless what I 'm seeing isn't what they're suggesting.

ee: I withdraw consent to fuck me. Apparently they are a modified form of the raised-hand push-ups, and are easy as fuck.

'The modified push ups will no longer involve the arms, as upper body strength was deemed a product of white supremacist toxic masculinity. Instead, airmen will repeatedly drop to one knee while declaring their support for BLM. The airmen were originally given the choice of fellating their nearest comrade-of-colour, or Coc, while on bended knee, but the idea was scoffed at, as they were worried that it might make people mistake them for the navy.'
