All these years of hearing "a woman can do anything a man can do only better" and look at things now. Men in dresses kick their asses in sports and they can't pass the watered down Army tests.

This is a joke. I was a very good athlete played college basketball on scholarship. I played on millitary bases growing up I was 16 and asked one of the guys about test they had to pass. At 16 I would have been in the very very top of this guy's class from the description he gave.

I didn't have a good frame of reference, so I looked it up. Turns out you don't even need to run, you can powerwalk a mile in 11 minutes.

This was back in the 90s. It is a joke our millitary out side of the special forces is truly a joke except our technology is pretty solid and our air and navy power

Whoever told you in the 90s that the run time was 12 minutes per mile was 1000% wrong. The old standard prior to the current setup was 16 minutes maximum for 2 mile run (15:54 technically) for ages 17-21 and 18 minutes for age 21.

In all age categories, men walk faster than women. This could be because they tend to have slightly longer legs. Or perhaps they're more likely to be running late for something...

Women don't belong in the military in any capacity. They provide absolutely no advantages exclusive to their sex, yet do have unnecessary liabilities and inconveniences in order to accomodate them.

In short, they are a net liability.

Can verify. I’m in the Army and have taken this test. I’m an old fart and took it a few weeks ago with absolutely no training. Easy.

Women can’t do the deadlift. The minimum weight is 140 pounds with 3 reps. The women I’ve seen complete it are shaky AF.

The test is a joke for men. This woke shit in the Army is just too much.

Women should be at home cooking and raising children. In ancient times women did follow their men in the army. They stayed in the army camps cooking and raising children.

There is absolutely zero need for women to be in the modern military. Men even make better nurses.

I know a lady that was a nurse in the military. She has PTSD from treating all the boys mutilated, burned, and dying from IED's. She is post wall with no husband, no kids, and no prospects because she wanted a "career".

What a waste.

What are some physical activities that women can do as well as, or better than, men? And how can we covert those activities into a physical performance test?
