I drive a truck to large construction sites all day. There are more and more women in management roles on these sites. The more there are the worse they get. You can feel the tension. These women have gained zero respect and they pretend to act like men, but just sound like angry mother's. They have no clue how to communicate with men, it's turning into a nightmare. All the sites with men, nobody will say anything if you're not wearing a mask cause the guys know u can't breathe with them while you're working. But the sites with women patrolling? Masks everywhere, super strict on rules. Nothing worse then a women in positions of power over men, it's not normal.
