Yes and no. Media affairs people really should've given them the courtesy of knowing exactly how their image would be used and given them a choice to opt out of their images inclusion. However, this guy has a massive media presence now, one he should capitalize on.
I completely agree with you that he should have been given that information.
But the court of public opinion is often unjust.
Life eventually hands you lemons. It's to ones own benefit to develop the mental fortitude to make themselves some really hard lemonade. For the limey's, that should actually be seen as a good thing.
