Boxes of meat we used to get said "For Institutional Use Only" on the side.

One of the cooks was nicknamed "Juicy" because he was caught spitting in the food. He was allowed to still be a cook.

When bringing on stores, frozen foods would be left out for hours, then put in the freezers.

Room temp UHT milk, brown lettuce. I have no idea what the fuck chitlins are supposed to smell like but it made everything smell like vomit that day.
