I figure it's like mexico for the most part when it comes to the drug cartels alone. police / judges / transportation security administration (tsa) / politicians and such are the first to go alone. the last is the military usually from what I've seen myself. if the military corrupts from within and it spreads too much it could be devastating I figure myself. I kind of thought about this when it came to mexico alone if not other central / south american countries for that matter of how devastating that could be for them if their military were to corrupt completely for each country. I used to think about this growing up and still kind of do from time to time. i don't trust the military myself right now, but I can at least trust them more than the other ones usually myself.
