Well it makes perfect sense
Like with a machine, you have hardware and software, and both are important
Great softwares mounted on shitty hardware is far from ideal, unpracticable sometimes, and great hardware equipped with shitty softwares is as bad if not much worse in some cases
You need both, same deal with humans. Good genetics/hardware AND the training/knowledge/softwares that fits the most with the "hardware" profile
Goes hand in hand
And you aren't going to turn a bear into a horse and vice versa, and you need both of them, for different tasks
