That video is an embarrassment. They could not even time the explosion properly. It goes off literally 20 seconds too late.

Destroying a tank like that is stupid and a waste. You don't necessarily want to completely obliterate the tank, you want to disable it. Damaging/disabling it can be more effective in a drawn out war as it will consume resources the enemy may or may not have.
