That's kind of the point. The sounds are identical but when we hear them accompanied by video, we perceive them differently, depending on the visual cues. The visual cues override the audio information. Quite fascinating.

That explains it. If you would have watched a little longer, you'd have seen the illusion explained. The sounds are always just the same "BA". If you close you eyes, you'll notice.

Only when also watching the video, your brain is tricked into hearing "FA".
