From the post:

>A man who spent the longest time in the world's quietest room revealed the frightening side effects that almost stopped him breaking the world record. Youtuber Callum 'Callux' McGinley, 32, created a world record by spending one hour and 26 minutes in the Anechoic Chamber at South Bank University, London, which is said to be the one of the quietest rooms in the world. With the previous record set in 2019 at 67 minutes, Callux tasked himself with the challenge in order to enter the Guinness World Records. To complete the task, he had to remain alone in the chamber and remain conscious and awake for the entirety of the challenge.
