I have a few somewhere in my collection of ~20,000 family/friends/places/things pictures. I'll shoot a new picture for you this summer. I want to put new tires/wheels on it and new headers, the old tuned headers from the 454 seem a bit restrictive with thr "D" ports on the ZZ502 and I keep blowing exhaust gaskets. Oh, it came with ladder bars on the rear, so I guess Chevelles had a wheel hop issue. I also found a piece of chain welded to the frame - old school racer trick to minimize engine twisting under load. And it once had a roll cage. I think it may have gone around a circle track in Georgia where it was first sold new. Given all that, the body and [not original] paint were great when I bought it. Interior was original but in good shape. The color scheme is a strawberry red with black stripes, black interior.
I've been through it, everything is there, even the full e-brake system, keeping it original except under the hood. I ground off that chain and weld. The idea of upgrading to a 4spd or 5spd is tempting. I don't know how many more years I will have to slam the gears before age brings on knee or hip issues. No problems yet. That TH400 was the only negative aspect of the car, I wished it was a standard. It has a 3500RPM stall converter.
