repairs are going to take than expected as official's pondered on how to fix it which means money will be funneled, project will take 9 months minimal, lost of 2 travel lanes, mass travel hindering. cost of materials, cost of equipment, cost of man power, cost of permits, cost of taxes, cost of engineers to redefined filling a damn hole 2 million dollars later.
