Isn't it more likely that Asian women are experiencing massive career growth because it has become standard to implement a victimhood checklist and Asian women check more boxes than white males. I hypothesize if all affirmative action laws / statements were outlawed because they are facially racist, the graph would revert to the data point around 1990
