Could be drugs, but she looks "vaccinated" - I'm leaning toward kike injection-induced neurological damage as she looked genuinely freaked out and not just looking for attention. Either the man she referenced was not really there and her neurological damage caused her to hallucinate him (and she was surprisingly able to recognize that he was not real and it freaked her out). Or the man she referenced was actually a real person and her neurological damage caused her to see him as not being real (impostor, not human, ghost, etc.).
