It's the sort of thing that would get you thrown in jail in most countries but here the women consider it an insult if you don't spank them. There was (a long time ago) a waitress that I liked at a local restaurant that I didn't spank (I thought that she would be angry at me) but I did spank her colleague, that girl didn't speak to me for 2 months. Finally I asked her what was her damage when she wen't off on a tirade about why I liked her coworker better than because I spanked the other girl and not her. She was really heated about it too.
