The name of the town is on the vehicle. All you had to do was look.

It's called Mahoning Towers, and it's the old folks apartments. Most of the small towns like this, the tallest building in town is usually the old folks apartments.

If you keep going down PA36, you'll see a 7-story building. That's also apartments, and used to be the high school. That's the one you see in the picture.

That’s cool. Our definitions of small town differs, that’s all. Some might consider Edgewater, Colorado to be a small town. It’s population is only a tad more than 5000 after all. Others consider the immediate area surrounding said town before defining it’s size. For instance, where I live, the nearest walmart is 1.5 hours of 70mph highway away. Edgewater however, it’s about 15 minutes of congested city boulevard driving away. It’s all just perspective, I guess.

The population of Punxsutawney is about 5800.

It does seem that a county of ‘only’ 43,000+ people so near the megalopolis along the Atlantic seaboard is kinda small, relatively speaking.
